Deposit

1st-night charge taken at the time of confirming a reservation.

Cancellation and date modification policy

72 hrs, if a cancellation is requested or a date is modified more than 72 hrs prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.  If a cancellation is requested or a date is modified fewer than 72 hrs prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Booking details

Special events, holidays and weekends may be subject to minimum night stays. Group-block and corporate account bookings may be eligible for special pricing, discounts and contains a separate cancellation policy. No special events or gathers are permitted on the property due to the regulations of the commercial wharf association.

Pets

No pets allowed at the Inn or in the Captains Lounge (an exception will be made for service animals). The minimum age to check-in at the inn: 18.

Fines

No smoking indoors or on the balconies. Smoking fees start at $250. Excessively dirty rooms subject to fees beginning at $250. Guests responsible for damage to property.

Deposit

The entire reservation fee is charged in full at the time of confirming the reservation.

Cancellation and date modification policy

14 days, if a cancellation is requested or a date is modified more than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $60 administrative fee.  If a cancellation is requested or a date is modified fewer than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.  The only exception is if a reservation cancellation is requested or a date is modified due to a categorized named storm, the amount paid can remain as a credit on file for the current season only.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the marina.  Pets must be kept on leashes at all times.  Pets cannot be left unattended in the marina.  Owners must pick up after their pets. The minimum age to check-in at the marina: 18
